Anna Horton a Specialist Coach

Supporting Parents and Carers of
Neurodiverse families in the UK

I offer personalised 1:1 coaching for parents and carers of children and young people that may have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) and Sensory Processing Disrder (SPD).

I feel so privilaged to be able to work with families and support them to a better ballance at home. In conjunction with this I can assist in navigating the pit falls around the complex system of achieving further support for their child if needed.

As a parent with health complications and family experience of Autism, ADHD, and PDA, I sought support myself when our family was at breaking point. Family coaching for us was life changing, when our confidence was at an all time low. This journey showed me how little support there is available for families, and how important it is to find someone who is perceptive to your situation.

This is what inspired me to become a specialist Coach and support other families on their journey which I have been doing since 2017.

I trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and qualified as a Certified Master Practitioner and Coach of NLP. I have also trained in Special Educational Needs and Disability Law with IPSEA level 1, 2 and 3.

I am a member of the Association for Coaching, and adhere to their Global Code of Ethics. I am also registered with the ICO data protection register and have professional insurance.
